Member of the Swiss National Bank Investment Committee

An internal investment committee is responsible for implementing the investment strategy. The investment committee decides on the tactical asset allocation (TAA) deviating from the strategic benchmarks. Over the course of the year – and within the defined parameters – it adjusts the variables such as currency allocation and share or duration of the various asset classes, to take account of changing market conditions.

Marlene served as one of three members of the investment committee which (at the time) oversaw a CHF 250bn AuM multi-asset and -currency portfolio of SNB’s currency reserves.
